Profile
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation, robotics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in automation or industrial environment (asset)
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and industrial network systems
- Ability to analyze and optimize automated systems
- Strong organizational skills and priority management
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Technical leadership and influence capabilities (asset)
- Autonomy, rigor, and analytical mindset
- Fluent in French, both verbal and written
Responsabilities
- Design, program, and optimize automated systems (PLC, SCADA)
- Analyze processes to improve performance and reliability
- Participate in automation projects and equipment commissioning
- Diagnose equipment failures and support maintenance teams
- Develop and maintain operator interfaces and control systems
- Ensure technical documentation of automated systems
- Collaborate on integration of new technologies and equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of industrial processes
- Participate in capital investment project management (CAPEX)
- Monitor technological advancements in field of expertise
- Participate in on-call support as per operational needs
