Profile
- Substantial experience in similar mechanical maintenance role
- Academic training in automotive or diesel mechanics; DEP/AEC or Certificate (preferred)
- Experience with diesel forklifts (asset)
- Versatile, meticulous, and resourceful
- Must possess own tool kit
Responsabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems
- Repair hydraulic leaks and system malfunctions
- Perform general diesel mechanics (replace mechanical and electrical components)
- Maintain clean and organized work spaces
- Diagnose and identify system dysfunctions (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic)
- Procure necessary parts and complete required documentation
- Research technical specifications required for repairs
- Support all other related maintenance tasks
