Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, you will be at the heart of the transformation process. Your mission covers the entire manufacturing cycle, from preparation to shipping.

Responsibilities

• Melting and Preparation: Preheat metal, manage remelting, and prepare batches.
• Casting: Operate equipment to perform the casting of liquid metal.
• Quality Control: Inspect billets and ensure metallurgical control according to standards.
• Finishing: Carry out homogenization, sawing, and packaging of finished products.
• Safety: Maintain a clean work environment and strictly adhere to health and safety standards.

Required Profile

• Education: High School Diploma (DES) completed (required). A specialized technical diploma is a major asset.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a factory setting (preferred).
• Technical Skills: * Comfortable using computer tools.
  • Forklift operation (1 year of experience preferred).
  • Ability to understand and follow complex industrial processes.
• Soft Skills: Autonomy, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.
• Language: French (required).
