Production Supervisor

Profile
Education :
Relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Skills:
- Strong understanding of production operations
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Motivational leadership with a results-driven approach
- Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Language: Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
Responsabilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Plan, organize, and monitor operations to meet objectives
- Lead, motivate, and develop operator teams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Track performance indicators and optimize productivity
