SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Shawinigan Aluminium is currently seeking a SHIFT SUPERVISOR to support its industrial operations.
You will play a key role in managing production activities, supervising teams, and achieving health and safety, quality, and performance objectives.
Your role will have a direct impact on:

Profile
- Relevant training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production operations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Engaging, results-oriented leadership
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
Responsabilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Plan, organize, and monitor operations to achieve objectives
- Supervise, engage, and develop operator teams
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Track performance indicators and optimize productivity
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues
- Lead team meetings and ensure effective communication
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes and work methods
- Collaborate closely with internal departments
- Contribute to employee administrative management
- Perform any other related duties
